Trial: IDOX Information Service

University of Liverpool staff and students have trial access to IDOX Information Service until 9th June 2016. Take a look at this resource and let us know what you think.

In order to access IDOX Information Service, you will need to register online at:
(Follow the instructions on the webpage to 'Register as a user for an existing profile'.  Please only register using your University of Liverpool email address)

The Idox Information Service is a first port of call for information and knowledge on public and social policy and practice. It is used by those involved in creating, influencing, delivering or researching public and social policy to make more informed decisions, improve frontline services and understand the policy environment.

The IDOX database has over 200,000 reports and articles on public policy and practice, each with its own abstract. The database covers documents from the 1980s onwards and is updated daily.
The collection includes legislation and other official publications from the UK Government, trade and academic journal articles, research reports from think tanks and academic research institutions, statistics and case studies

Subject coverage includes:
