TRIAL: South Asia Archive

The University of Liverpool has trial access to South Asia Archive until 12th February 2017

The South Asia Archive is a digital archive, providing online access to documents ranging from the mid-18th to the mid-20th Century. Focusing on South Asia, the Archive includes reports, rare books, and journal runs from noteworthy, rare publications.

The documents in the Archive are interdisciplinary, reflecting the varied range of knowledge production in colonial and early post-colonial India in fields including:

Culture and society
Industry and economy,
Science, technology and medicine
Urban planning and administration
Politics and law

Comprising material sourced from archivists in India by the South Asia Research Foundation, this Archive brings together a wealth of important primary content.

New Resource: TradeLawGuide

University of Liverpool staff and students now have access to TradeLawGuide.

TradeLawGuide provides an effective way to systematically search across World Trade Organization documentation. The database tools enable you to find WTO jurisprudence, the text of WTO agreements and dispute settlement documents alongside other documents that can be difficult to trace. TradeLawGuide should be useful for both teaching and research.

Library Links in Google Scholar are currently unavailable (the "isit@liverpool?" check).  Google are working with our linking service provider to restore linking functionality as quickly as possible.

A solution implemented last week that should have resolved the problem with Library Links in Google Scholar hasn't works as expected.  Rest assured that Google and our Linking service provider are working together to resolved the problems, and that they and we apologise for the disruption caused.
