Britannica Academic

A reliable and trusted resource, Britannica introduces thousands of subjects through in-depth, thoroughly researched articles from over 4000 contributors, including 110 Nobel laureates. The easy-to-use platform can help new students to develop the research skills required for study at degree level.


Britannica’s ImageQuest is a unique collection of over 3,000,000 rights-cleared images for use in assignments, teaching and research, from 59 of the world’s finest image houses including: Bridgeman Art Library, Getty Images, Universal Images Group, National Geographic Society and the Natural History Museum.
