This is a wonderful resource for (staff or postgraduate) research in early modern British history. It makes available a very large volume of manuscript material which is otherwise accessible only on poor-quality microfilms in London. It would be invaluable for anyone working on the period 1500-1800.

As a part time postgraduate researcher working on early modern English queenship this has been a particuklarly valuable resource. It really is excellent, both in terms of content and ease of use.
