The Proquest database really is full of lots of great information on the presence of Africans in Europe. It is easy to use and pretty quick in loading pages. The Readex is slightly more cumbersome and, as yet, I haven't been as successful finding relevant information.

This selection of Black Newspapers has provided me with a brilliant source of comparative articles for my dissertation which had, previously, been limited and one dimensional. It's easy to use, well organised and presented, and overall a good acquisition by the library.
