Liverpool University Press e-books now available

We have just purchased the Liverpool University Press e-books collection on the University Publishing Online platform. Access is available now at http://universitypublishingonline.org.ezproxy.liv.ac.uk/liverpool/home.jsf.

The collection includes 110 titles including many that are heavily borrowed from our print collections, including:

The Long Road to Peace in Northern Ireland
Reading Rochester
Irish, Catholic and Scouse: The History of the Liverpool-Irish, 1800-1940
Liverpool: City of the Sea
The Economic Aspects of Spanish Imperialism in America, 1492-1810
The Disinherited Society: A Personal View of Social Responsibility in Liverpool During the Twentieth Century
Culture, Conflict and Migration: The Irish in Victorian Cumbria
Markets, Market Culture and Popular Protest in Eighteenth-Century Britain and Ireland
Decade of Change: The University of Liverpool 1981-1991
Migration, Mobility and Modernization

If the University Publishing Online platform looks familiar, that's because it is run by Cambridge University Press and uses the same technology as their Cambridge Books Online platform. So it's the usual things that we know you like: PDF chapters that can be downloaded and printed in their entirety, and none of that annoying DRM.
The Library Catalogue, Discover, and the library web pages will be updated in due course.
